Violation of Rules

Philanthropy Rules
• No drinking during time of philanthropy rules
• Seniors are required to attend each event for at least 2 hours
o First offense: 30 day international probation and two additional hours of community service
o Second offense: 30 day international probation and two additional hours of community service

Initiation Rules
• No fraternity property/fraternity live outs for time given of initiation rules
• No drinking during time of initiation rules
o First offense: 30 day international probation with social probation
o Second offense: 60 day international probation with social probation
o Third offense: 90 day international probation with social probation
o Fourth offense: suspension of membership

Recruitment Rules
• Member must abide by all AOPII rules along with Panhellenic rules as long as Panhellenic rules are in effect:
• No fraternity property, including live outs
• No drinking for members, regardless of her age; including Bid Day
o First offense: 60 day international probation with social probation starting the first day of school
o Second offense: suspension of membership
